History for Mousse?

It is a soft, prepared creamy food that is bubbly, light, fluffy, creamy, and thick.

It was invented by world-renowned French post-Impressionist painter Henri Toulouse-Lautrec.

It was as early as the year 1768, sometime also called a fruit whip.

But the version with various fruits like mango, strawberry, banana, Chocolate, and other versions was designed or developed in the 19th century.

Important Tips for Recipe

  1. I have not used sugar as Fresh Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango or Devgad Alphonso Mango, sweet.
  2. You can use honey as a replacement for sugar.
  3. You can use our ready Alphonso Mango Pulp if the Mango season is over.
  4. If you want a slightly tangy taste, you can add one of the following.
  • Those who are alcohol lovers can add Vodka in nearly one to two teaspoons.
  • As an option, I have used Lemon juice one teaspoon, and it gives a tangy-sweet taste.

5. You can shave Mango Leather and put it as a topping; you can also use chocolate shavings as your choice.

6. It can stay for a couple of days in the fridge.

7. Blend fresh cream for 1 minute to half a minute only

8. To make this completely vegan, avoid gelatin and fresh cream. Use coconut cream or almond cream as a replacement for cream

9. The mousse will not be as firm as when you add agar or gelatin with fresh cream

10. As an option, you can use cardamom powder or nutmeg powder just for sprinkling. It becomes an Indian version of mousse.
