What export-quality means here
"Export quality" gets used loosely. There is no single legal standard behind the phrase on a retail box. For a corporate buyer the useful reading is narrower: how the fruit is chosen and graded, and what the supplier can show you.
On our side, as Brand Facts states, fruit is hand-harvested with a pole and catching net so it never falls, weighed and graded, then machine-scanned for defects. Our APEDA registration is 225579, listed on the APEDA notes page. That is a registration we hold, not a guarantee of anything beyond what the page says.
The booking process
- Send an enquiry with quantity, size, number of addresses and delivery dates.
- Receive a written reply covering price, branding options, invoicing and lead time.
- Confirm the recipient list with PIN codes and phone numbers.
- Pay prepaid; there is no cash on delivery.
- Fruit is harvested to order and packed against the confirmed list.
- Boxes dispatch by BlueDart to serviceable PIN codes; tracking comes by email and WhatsApp.
I have deliberately not written a minimum order number in that list. None is published. If a quote names one, keep it with your purchase order.

Budget and prices
Gift boxes start at ₹2,249. Standard dozens are ₹1,849 (small, 150-180 g), ₹2,099 (medium), ₹2,499 (large), ₹2,699 (extra large) and ₹2,999 (jumbo, 275-300 g). Delivery is free to serviceable PIN codes.
A worked example. A company gifts 50 senior clients with a large dozen at ₹2,499. That is ₹1,24,950 before any branding. Switch to medium dozens at ₹2,099 and it is ₹1,04,950, a difference of ₹20,000. Whether the extra size is worth ₹20,000 is a judgement about the relationship, not a mango question. Branding, if offered, is on top and quoted separately. Do not assume a bulk discount; none is published.
Packing and protection
Brand Facts states that fruit is packed in a 5-ply box with a 12-slot partition and foam-net sleeves. Each fruit sits in its own slot. Fruit dispatches semi-ripe and finishes ripening at the recipient's, so include a short note telling them to leave it at room temperature for a few days and to check for a sweet smell at the stalk. Without that note, a hard mango on a boardroom table looks like a mistake.
Carbide and testing
We do not use carbide. Our Alphonso mangoes are ripened naturally (on hay beds, as our FAQ states). Calcium carbide is prohibited for ripening fruit under Regulation 2.3.5 of the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Regulations, 2011. It releases acetylene and can carry arsenic and phosphorus impurities. Controlled ethylene up to 100 ppm is permitted. Brand Facts states that Envirocare Labs tests for carbide and residues weekly through the season. If your procurement team needs a report, ask in the enquiry. A float test is only a rough clue; only a lab test proves it.
How an order reaches you
Orders received before 1:00 PM IST dispatch the same day, Monday to Saturday. Fresh mangoes go by BlueDart to serviceable PIN codes. Fresh fruit can be postponed up to 2 days, only before dispatch, so tell the team early if a delivery date moves. If a recipient finds damaged fruit, they report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos; approved refunds are made within 7 business days. Season is usually February to June, with the 2027 season listed to start 1 February 2027. Read the shipping policy.
