The delivered mangoes were not kesar, instead it were Alphanso mango. In that also out of 4 pieces 2 were rotten from inside. This was reported to the company through e-mail. But till date nobody has responded. I was a regular customer of yours for past almost 3 -4 years. I have decided to discontinue the same. Poor service delivery.

Worst Service provider. Most of the them were stale. He never even bothered to check watsapp and reply to the complaint.A big fraud person maybe selling out cheap product and then gets angry when complain is raised. No action till date.

Damaged due to delay

It is exactly, what the title says. The mangoes were not of good quality, very expensive even after 30-40% discount, were mix bag of sizes even when I paid for biggest size. The quality was so bad, I had to throw over 80% away. Will never buy again, nor recommend to anyone.

Spoilt and pest infected. More than 50% of the mango were not fit for consumption and had to be discarded. Charging exorbitant amount for such poor quality product and no options to return you taking customer for a ride.

Mangoes were good in taste, but few of them were rotten and overripe. There is no option to claim a refund or return. You should work on this quality part as you are charging too much for these mangoes. Otherwise, there should be a simple method to get a refund if someone complains.

Mangoes are tasty and good.Package is received in time.

Mangoes went bad inside

It was received in damaged condition, but Alphonso Mango sent me a replacement for the damaged mangoes showing exemplary customer service. Kudos to the team and will recommend to all my friends and relatives.

Quality was ordinary. Sweetness was not there despite keeping in the given Box for 4 ~ 5 days. Rs.2,400+ for just 8 Mangoes which didn't have anything special is exorbitant. It does not justify the costs I paid / you charged. I will certainly NOT recommend you to anyone. Thanks.

Mangoes weren't sweet in taste, they only had the smell. The skin started to dry up within one or two days of receiving. I doubt if these are authentic Gir Kesar mangoes.
