Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango (GI Tagged) – Authentic Hapus Aam

Last 2 batches that i ordered were of very poor quality.No response from the customer care team.
Each and every mango was spoiled and rotten from inside

Poor mangoes , all were soft. Not even sweet. Ordered for my father and myself ,spend around 5000. I had selected large size not sure if this is even medium size I recieved. Very poor taste, overriped. Please do not order this shitty mangoes.

am extremely disappointed with my order. Out of 12 mangoes, only about 4 were in good condition. Several mangoes arrived damaged, bruised, or overripe, and around 6 had to be discarded completely. Considering I paid approximately ₹2,400, the quality and packaging were far below expectations.
What is even more disappointing is that despite reporting the issue, I have not received any satisfactory refund or resolution. Customers pay a premium expecting premium quality, and this experience did not justify the price. I hope the company improves its quality control, packaging, and customer service so that other customers do not face similar problems.

i do not think these are original ratnagiri mangoes, they were damaged when arrived and inside pulp does not ripe completely. waste of money.

All mangoes were in bad shape and taste. A chunk was missing from 2 mangoes. I need to throw 3 mangoes. Mangoes were over riped

The mangoes were completely off. They looked like they’d been plucked prematurely and were clearly did not ripe properly. The flesh near the pit was mushy and had a foul taste.

Worst Mangoes. All were rotten and spoiled. No customer care assistance even after sending lots of mails. They are cheaters. Dont waste your money.

Very disappointing experience. The mangoes delivered were much smaller than the “medium size (180–220g)” mentioned on the website, and several were bruised/damaged as well. I shared photos and raised the issue, but there has been no proper response from the team since then.

The quality of the mangoes delivered was extremely disappointing. Many of them had blackened seeds, an issue I have never encountered in previous years. As a result, I had to discard most of the order. I have photographs documenting the condition of the mangoes.

This experience has caused me to lose the trust I had developed over the past few years. Given that there is no option for reimbursement or return, I am reluctant to place another order.

I ordered 2 dozen of mango with maximum size but I only got 1 dozen of mango please solve this problem,i trusted your website a lot

Rcvd the mangoes after 8-10 days when it was completely spoiled. Submitted the pics to the sales team through mail and WhatsApp however no response at all.

Bad mangoes. Don't smell like Alphansoes.

Very bad experience. Mangoes were of very bad quality. I ordered 1 dozen alphonso, all of them were too ripe and some of them were about to be rotten. It felt like a scam given the price of the product.

Rotten & spoiled mangoes. Today 14.5.26, I received my parcel at Bangalore against my order no 22575, dated 9.5.26. I got cheated, All mangoes are completely spoiled, rotten & non-eatable. I wasted my money. I worry why the sender company did such a bad practice after taking the price for their product, is there any department that can control such malpractices, how many more customers like me have been losing their money to such cheating companies?

Received Mangoes Good Outside, Bad Inside. I will never order from this website again. Model of their business is cheating customers.
