  1. As you are aware this website is operated by group of farmers and selling farm produce, primarily perishable fruits, which you are aware, these are perishable products. You understand that these fruits cannot be stored beyond a certain time limit. Hence any return is bound to kill the quality of the product which is best while shipping from our state of warehousing.
  2. Hence, as a policy, we do not accept returns, for all products. Exception here are cases where you receive damaged, pressed, squeezed or crushed consignments. In such cases, you may return the consignment, provided you give us a call or send us and email, when such consignments reach you.
  3. Some of the perishable products like fruit are also shipped, products like Mangoes are perishable fruit so, we do not stock in quantity.
  4. As you are aware that once you place an order, our farmer members harvest the fruits to process your orders. You are aware that fruits once harvested from Mango tree, cannot be put back on to the mango trees. Hence, as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be cancelled. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order, for any natural calamities, provided we get your update soon enough and operationally we are in a position to do so.
  5. It is harvested as per your orders and Artificial intelligence as per your order pattern of website.
  6. Monthly pass customer or preorder customer can change their orders before dispatch of the materials.
  7. Pre-orders with Monthly Pass or preorders in advance would be ship in that specific period depending on availability. In case of any issues like natural calamities or any other issues near our farms we may postpone or cancel the orders or postpone. 
  8. As a standard policy we ship all orders on first four days of the week like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday of every week.  Any holidays which are coming on the this working days are avoided because of holidays may cause halt of package in Couriers and logistic partner hub which may harm Mangoes ripening process.
  9. If you have received any mangoes in damage condition due to transit or courier company handling, just take a picture of that mangoes and email us with full details like order no. parcel received date etc within 2 days after delivery. We take a decision and refund or replace after review from us. It is under sole decision of www.alphonsomango.in / Powle Home foods this additional replacement of mangoes will be done in next order.
  10. If you receive your mango peti with delay or after 10 days from the dispatched date mention on courier receipt, and mangoes are in bad condition just take a close picture and email us with further details. We arrange replacement for that order as per product availability.

1.   Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products 

 

  1.     We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers as of now; orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are generally shipped on the same day or the next day but  may take up to 10 days working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing order and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier Company / post office norms.

 

  1.   www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days (maximum) from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to address registered by buyer at the time of placing the order(s).

 

  1.   www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

 

  1.   Shipping is free all over India unless specified on the product page or informed explicitly by our customer care prior to the shipping. Or if the order value is above Rs. 700 or as per informed on the page.

  1.     Packing charges will be added for bottles of 250 ml , 450 ml, 500 ml , 750 ml and 1 Litre shall be charged  extra as per applicable

 

  1.   In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from you.

 

 

  1.     In India, some state governments levies the Octroi charge(s) when the product enters the state. The Octroi charge(s) is/are payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.

  1. None of the orders will be delivered if any customer / buyer does any chargeback transaction or disputes on the payment with our payment gateway or banker for the return of the payment. No deliveries will be delivered till the time all the disputes resolved between banker and you and the green signal received with confirmation of payment from our banker.

 

  1.   We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. So we reserve the right to cancel the order, which is not lawful to fulfill. In that case the remitted amount for the cancelled order will be refunded back.

 

  1.   When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally delivery of the ordered products takes 7 to 10 working days, from the date of purchase.

  1.   Order Cancellation

 

  1. As You are aware that once you place an order with www.alphonsomango.in / Powle Home foods, our group of farmer members harvest the fruits to process your orders. You are aware that fruits once harvested, cannot be connected back to tree or put back on to the trees. Hence, as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be cancelled for fresh Alphonso mangoes. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order, provided we get your update soon enough and operationally we are in a position to do so.

    Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include :
  2.     Non-serviceable Pin code,
  3.   Limitations on quantities available for purchase, 

iii.   Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, 

  1.   Any quality complaints received about manufacturer 
  2.     Any Problems identified by our quality assurance team or complaint received about any specific product / batch.
  3.     Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 

vii.   Any Fraudulent address or any fraudulent transaction done by using Credit card, Debit card or Net Banking or wallet

             viii.   Or any bank original user stops the transaction

  1.   Wrong / fake address of the user

 

  1.   We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion / partially of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Or any delay for partial product (s).

  1.   Cancellation by Customer:
  2.     We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective, such as when the patient no longer requires the medication. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products if you cancel your order before your product has shipped; we will refund the entire amount. As per Refund and Return Policy
    If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  3.   Cancellations are allowed without any question asked with reversal of full amount paid by the customer. However, it is allowed only till the time product is not shipped from our warehouses. iii.    Cancellation will be accepted by verification of the product and product batch number which was shipped and printed on Invoice it should match to the returned product. As per our records while shipping.

  1.   In case of any octroi paid by the courier company while delivering the product (s) and order is cancelled Customer will have to bear the Octroi charges for the same as well for return city if any.
  2.   In case of damaged or defective products: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition 
  3.   Do not accept the product shipment and refuse to accept the shipment as well as return the shipment immediately with the same courier
  4.   Immediately notify our Customer Care team at 08369048029 or sakhi@alphonsomango.in , we will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.
  5.   Any opened product or seal broken product will not be accepted as return.
  6. In case of different product dispatched: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product(s), you discover that we have dispatched a different product(s), we will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened / sealed condition.

iii.      You have to notify immediately within 7 working days

  1.     Please note that the packing picture shown on the website may or may not be the same as Manufacturer keep on changing incase of the product return is due to packing change it will not be accepted as a normal return or different product dispatched
  2.   If upon delivery of the product, you discover expired product that we have dispatched a product(s) with expiry date of the product(s) is completed we will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened / sealed condition.
  3.     Please notify if you received expired product in 24 hours only

viii.    You have to notify immediately within 7 working days

  1.     If Order is cancelled by customer after product has been shipped then customer has to pay 20 % of the Restocking charges product cost and shipping charges with thru that means Powle Home Foods to Customer and return from customer to Powle Home Foods.
  2.   If order is cancelled by customer and order contains Bottles packing charges of Rs. 20 will be debited from the customer account while refund.

7.     Refund and Return Policy

 

  1.   ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods website.

 

  1.   A return can be requested by a customer when any of the following situations arises –
  2. Ordered Item(s) is lost or damaged during transit or Product(s) was/were missing.
  3.   Ordered item(s) is past it expiry date( in case of printed expiry date)

  1.   If any of above case is found to be true, www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods can either re-ship you the missing / actual product(s) or can initiate a refund equal to the price of missing / actual product(s) as per invoice.

 

  1.   We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

 

  1.   In the case of any missing or wrong product(s), the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

 

vii.    In case, wrong product(s) is/are delivered, you will need to ship the product(s) to us and we will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund.

 

viii.  In the case of missing product(s), we will ship you the missing product(s) or will initiate a refund.

 

  1.   All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

 

  1.   In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product(s) and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 working days on your Credit card, net banking, debit card or as per transaction initiated.

xii.    All order/sub orders cancelled will be refunded as per the payment mode selected by customer except for COD/Cheque paymode, where refund shall be processed via Cheque

 xiii.     Charges displayed on the site include only the cost of the product, Service fee for payment, facilitation fee and shipping charges will be levied/charged extra as applicable. Similarly for any applicable refunds the full amount, which has been charged, is refunded.

 

xiv.    For reported defects on products with manufacturer's warranty the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer.

xvi.     www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods reserves the right to cancel any order placed which is not available, out of stock or in short supply. 

 

xviii.     For reported defects on products with manufacturer's warranty the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer.

 

xiv.     Octroi charges may be levied on some products displayed on the site. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded as well Octroi charges may be applicable Customer end while and delivery and return also this charges will not be refunded. 

 

  1.   We www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

 

xvi.     The www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of goods due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of the company and no responsibility or liability of any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visit and/or transaction/s on this web-site.

 

 xvii.      In the event if the payment has been processed by Vendor / Seller for the returned Product(s), the refund amount shall be credited to your credit / debit card account and the same shall be duly notified to by email to your email address provided at the time of registration.

 

xviii.    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

 

xix.     In case the Seller / Vendor rejects the return request of the Buyer, and Buyer raises a dispute, then www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both the parties. If the dispute is resolved in favour of the Buyer, a refund is provided once the product is returned to the Seller. If the dispute is settled in favour of the Seller, Buyer is entitled to any refund.
