  • As you are aware, this website is operated by a group of farmers who are selling farm produce, primarily perishable fruits, which can get spoilt. These fruits cannot be stored beyond a certain time limit. Hence any return is bound to kill the quality of the product which is best while shipping from our state of the art warehousing.

 

  • Hence, as a policy, we do not accept returns for all products. Exceptions here are cases where you receive damaged, pressed, squeezed or crushed consignments. In such cases, you may return the batch, provided you give us a call, or send us an email when such consignments reach you.

 

  • Some of the perishable products like fruits are also shipped. Products like mangoes are perishable so, we do not stock in quantity.

 

  • As you are aware, once you place an order, our farmer members will harvest the fruits to process your orders. Hence, as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be canceled. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order for any natural calamities, provided we get your update soon enough, and operationally we are in a position to do so.

 

  • The mangoes are harvested as per your orders. Our system's Artificial intelligence suffices as per your order.

 

  • Pre-order customer can change their orders before dispatch of the materials.
  • Pre-orders would be shipped in that specific period depending on availability. In case of any issues like natural calamities or any other issues near our farms, we may postpone or cancel the orders.

 

  • As a standard policy, we ship all orders on the first four days of the week (i.e., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday of every week). Any holidays which are coming on these working days are avoided because the holidays may cause the halt of the package in the couriers and logistic partner hub, which may harm the mango's ripening process.

 

  • If you have received any damaged mangoes due to transit or courier company handling, just take a picture of those mangoes and email us with full details (order number, parcel received date, etc.) within two days after delivery. We will make a decision and refund or replace the product after reviewing it. It is the sole decision of www.alphonsomango.in / Powle Home foods, whether the additional replacement of mangoes will be done in the next order.

 

  • If you receive your mango peti (box) with a delay of more than ten days from the dispatched date mention on courier receipt and mangoes are in bad condition, just take a picture and email us with further details. We will arrange a replacement for that order as per product availability.

 

    1.   Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products 

    •   We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers as of now; orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are generally shipped on the same day or the next day but may take up to 10 days working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing the order and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier company/post office norms.

     

    • www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within ten working days (maximum) from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to address registered by the buyer at the time of placing the order (s).

     

    • www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

     

    • Shipping is free all over India unless specified on the product page or informed explicitly by our customer care before the shipping.

     

    • You agree to receive calls from www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods and its agents, merchants, courier partners seeking clarification/information regarding your order and any other related information as and when required and disclaim any liability of www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods in this regard.

     

    • Packing charges will be added for bottles of 250 ml, 450 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, and 1 Litre shall be charged extra as per applicable

     

    • If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name or address), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from you.



    • In India, some state governments levy the Octroi charge(s) when the product enters the state. The Octroi charge(s) is/are payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.

     

    • None of the orders will be delivered if any customer/buyer does any chargeback transaction or disputes the payment with our payment gateway or banker for the return of the amount. No products will be delivered till the time all the disputes are resolved between the banker and you, and the confirmation of payment is received from our banker.

     

    • We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. So we reserve the right to cancel the order, which is not lawful to fulfill. In that case, the remitted amount for the canceled order will be refunded back.

     

    • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally, the delivery of the ordered products takes 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.

     

    • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.

     

    • The user agrees not to make any bulk purchase to indulge in any reseller activities. In case of any such instances, ww.alphoonsomango.in/ Powle Home Foods reserves all rights to cancel the current and future orders and block the concerned user account.

    You understand and agree that www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods and this site provides hosting services to its Vendor\Sellers to provide 'Order Tracking Facility' to the registered users in respect of their orders placed with www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods / Vendor/ Seller. All such Order Tracking Information and results are third party user generated contents. www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods neither initiates the transmission nor selects the sender and receiver of the transmission. We also do not select or modify the information contained in the transmission. www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods has no control over the third party agencies/partners generated contents (depends on the input made by the third party agencies/partners) and shall not be liable for the same in any manner. www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods / Vendor / Seller provide the said facility as a free service, without any obligation to do so. However, we assume no responsibility for any inaccuracies that may creep in such information provided to the users or in regard to the timeliness of such information.


    Order Cancellation

    As you are aware, once you place an order with www.alphonsomango.in / Powle Home foods, our group of farmer members harvests the fruits to process your orders. You are aware that once the fruits are harvested, orders placed and paid for will not be canceled for fresh Alphonso mangoes. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order, provided we get your update soon enough, and we are operationally in a position to do so.

    Cancellation by www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods :

    Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include :
    1. Non-serviceable Pin code,
    2. Limitations on quantities available for purchase
    3. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
    4. Any quality complaints received about manufacturer
    5. Any Problems identified by our quality assurance team or complaint received about any specific product/batch.
    6. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
    7. Any Fraudulent address or any fraudulent transaction done by using a credit card, debit card, Net Banking, e-wallet, or any bank.
    8. Wrong/fake address of the user

    We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion/part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order or any delay for the partial product (s).

    multiple users with the same delivery address purchasing multiple quantities of product(s).

    Cancellation by Customer:
    We also understand that various circumstances may arise, which may lead you to want to return a product or products that are not defective, such as when the patient no longer requires the medication. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
    As per Refund and Return Policy;
    If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.


    i. Cancellations are allowed without any question asked with a reversal of the full amount paid by the customer. However, it is allowed only till the time the product is not shipped from our warehouses.     ii. If the order is canceled before shipment, then we will refund 100 % of the amount.


    iii. Cancellation will be accepted by verification of the product and product batch number, which was shipped and printed on the invoice. It should match the returned product as per our records while shipping.


    iv. In case of any octroi paid by the courier company while delivering the product (s) and order is cancelled customer will have to bear the Octroi charges for the same as well for return city if any.

    In the case of damaged or defective products:


    i. Do not worry, if, upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition.

     
    ii. Do not accept the product shipment and refuse to accept the shipment as well as return the shipment immediately with the same courier.


    iii. Immediately notify our Customer Care team at 08369048029 or sakhi@alphonsomango.in. We will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.


    (NOTE: Any opened product or seal broken product will not be accepted as a return.)


    In case of a different product dispatched:


    i. Do not worry. If, upon delivery of the product(s), you discover that we have dispatched a different product(s), we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened/sealed condition.


    ii. Immediately notify our Customer Care team at 08369048029 or sakhi@alphonsomango.in


    iii. You have to notify immediately within seven working days
    Please note that the packing picture shown on the website may or may not be the same as manufacturer keep on changing in case of the product return is due to packing change it will not be accepted as a normal return or different product dispatched.

       If the product received is past its expiry date, we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened / sealed condition.

    •     If the order is cancelled by the customer after the product has been shipped, then the customer has to pay 20 % of the restocking charges, product cost and shipping charges tp Powle Home Foods.

     

    •   If the order is cancelled by the customer and the order contains bottles, packing charges of Rs. 20 will be debited from the customer account during the refund.

     

      3.Refund and Return Policy

       

      'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods website.

      A return can be requested by a customer when any of the following situations arise –


      i. Ordered item (s) is/are lost or damaged during transit or Product(s) was/were missing.

      ii. Ordered item (s) is/are past their expiry date( in case of printed expiry date)

      iii. The wrong item (s) was/were received.

      iv. Damaged product or product seal is broken.

      v. Part/Accessory missing/item not compatible

      vi. Seller Description/Specification is wrong

      vii. Defective (Functional issues)

      viii. The product is not working, and the manufacturer claims an invalid invoice

      ix. Less quantity delivered by www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods


      If any of the above cases are found to be true, www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods can either re-ship the missing/actual product (s) or can initiate a refund equal to the price of missing/actual product (s) as per invoice.


      We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be entitled to any return/refund.


      In the case of any missing or wrong product(s), the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.


      In case, wrong product (s) is/are delivered, you will need to ship the product (s) to us, and we will send a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund.



      In the case of missing product (s), we will ship you the missing product (s) or will initiate a refund.



      All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be tampered with or broken.


      In the event the seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product (s). Then the refund shall be credited to the customer's account within 7 to 10 working days on your credit card, net banking, debit card, or as per transaction initiated.


      The refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods.


      All order/sub orders canceled will be refunded as per the payment mode selected by the customer except for C.O.D./cheque payment mode, where refund shall be processed via cheque.

      Charges displayed on the site include the cost of the product and the service fee for payment. The facilitation fee and shipping charges will be levied/charged extra as applicable. Similarly, for any applicable refunds, the full amount which has been charged is refunded.

      For reported defects on products with manufacturer's warranty, the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer.

      www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods reserves the right to cancel/cross-verify any order placed using a credit card that holds an international billing address.

      www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods reserves the right to cancel any order placed, which is not available, out of stock, or in short supply.

      For reported defects on products with manufacturer's warranty, the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer.

      Octroi charges may be levied on some products displayed on the site. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order, the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded. Octroi charges may be applicable to the customer during delivery, and these charges will not be refunded.

      We at www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods as merchants shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.


      The www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of goods due to natural calimities or any cause that is beyond the control of the company and no responsibility or liability of any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred by your visit and/or transaction/s on this website.



      In case the payment has been processed by Vendor / Seller for the returned product (s), the refund amount shall be credited to your credit / debit card account and the same shall be duly notified by email to your email address provided at the time of registration.



      If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.



      In case the seller/vendor rejects the return request of the buyer, and the buyer raises a dispute, then www.alphoonsomango.in / Powle Home Foods will try to mediate and resolve the dispute between both the parties. If the dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, a refund is provided once the product is returned to the seller. If the dispute is settled in favor of the seller, the buyer is entitled to any refund.
