How to remove cashew skin at home
Generally, you can remove the Cashew's skin by pressing the cashew kernel with two fingers and rubbing it will start to leave the surface.
Heat a pan of water on gas for boiling.
Once the water is boiled, put the cashew nuts with skin in a bowl filled with boiling water.

Tender cashew nuts are cut, peeled on our farms, packed, and sent to our Mumbai packhouse.
Bibbe Upkari
Bibbe or Bibbo means tender cashew nuts, hand-harvested from cashew apples after removing the outer cover or inner kernel from Kaju.

How do you store Ole Kaju?
You can easily store Raw Cashew or Ole Kaju for over a year. You need to follow the below steps.
