Introduction of Blenders
Blenders were introduced in the United States in the 19th century. Smoothies became famous from 1990 to 2000 and were once available in coffee shops as a substitute for coffee.
Blenders are becoming famous worldwide. A smoothie is a puree of fruits or vegetables mixed with water, ice cubes, sweeteners, or ice cream in a blender.
It is prepared with vegan milk, such as almond, cashew, and coconut milk, to avoid dairy products like milk, yoghurt, low-fat, and cheese.
Sweeteners are sugar, jaggery, syrup, and honey.
Smoothies are thick textures invented on June 23, 1940, by Mabel Stegner, who had written a book and blender recipe in those days that was world-famous.

Here, we have taken Alphonso Mango pulp, which is sweetened mango pulp made from Alphonso mangoes. It has significantly less fibre or minimal fibre.
You can also use Kesar mango pulp, but it is a bit fibrous, which might affect your taste and the smoothie's colour.
You can choose ripe mango.
Mango Smoothie Ingredients
Summertime is fun with you and your kids at home due to their holidays.
You can make an ultra-creamy smoothie with dairy or dairy-free, depending on your preference. If you are vegan, you can make it dairy-free.
If everything is ready, you will love this smoothie. It is one of the most natural recipes for mango and can be made in three minutes.
- You can take 3 to 4 Alphonso mangoes, peel them off and chop cubes. It will be nearly two to two and a half cups of alphonso mango cubes and mango chunks. Fresh mango always tastes better.
- You can order here with us if you don't have fresh mangoes. You can also choose frozen mango, fresh or frozen, which makes a difference in taste. I don't like mango to be frozen; it changes the pulp's colour if it has frozen.
- If you are using fresh mango, you can add a frozen banana. It tastes incredible.
- Two to three tablespoons of malai (mint cream) are more health-conscious and can be avoided if required.
- Half a cup of milk. You can use vegan milk, such as homemade cashew, almond, or soya milk if you prefer. I have used dairy milk.
- Yoghurt base or Greek yoghurt half cup or yoghurt milk or Dahi (Curd) nearly half a cup
- Half a tablespoon of rose water, or you can use Gulkand(Gulqand, rose petal jam)
- Grounded cardamom powder half teaspoon
- Optional ice cubes are okay with it, as they would reduce the consistency of the lassi. I suggest adding the ice cubes in the afternoon and not in the evening.
- Add sugar, jaggery, honey, stevia, or Palm sugar according to your taste and choice. Alphonso mangoes are generally a sweet delight. Still, you can use three to five tablespoons of sugar.
- Add chopped cashew nuts, saffron strands,
- almonds (Badam), walnuts (akhrot), Anjeer (fig), and mint leaves for garnishing.

- As an option, you can also add Chia seeds as a topping.
Calories & Vitamins you gain.

Some special tips
- You can use canned mango pulp instead of ripe mangoes or even homemade mango pulp.
- Mango Pulp is readily available in any Indian store, or you can buy directly from here authentic G.I. tag certified Alphonso Mango Pul.p
- Use sweet yoghurt, Greek yoghurt, or curd, which is less sour and thick. If its consistency is thin, then reduce the ice cubes.
- Add Saffron strands to one to two teaspoons of milk for five to ten minutes before starting your recipe to increase the aroma of saffron.
- You can add a scoop of Rajbhog ice cream or vanilla ice cream instead of dry fruit.
- Try roasted almonds and cashews instead of everyday dry fruits, which should be finely chopped.
- If you are making it for later servings, you may store it in the refrigerator before serving.
- You can freeze this in ice cream cubes and enjoy it as an ice cream dessert.
- You can add sugar, honey, or other sweeteners as per your choice, but if the Alphonso Mango is ripe, I will not put any sweeteners like sugar.
- As an option, you can add a pinch of Saunth (dried ginger, sountha) for taste, as Mango lassi will make you feel heavy, and saunth (dried ginger, sountha) will help you digest.
