How to make Mango Mousse

To make the mouth-watering recipe, follow this straightforward step-by-step guide.
- Take a bowl and dissolve the gelatin in it along with water.
- Let the gelatin mixture settle for 5 minutes. Once it has solidified, please put it in the microwave for approximately thirty seconds, where it will convert into liquid form.

- Put mango pulp (or Mango puree from fresh Alphonso Mangoes), coffee mate, gelatin mixture, and sugar in a blender and mix well to achieve a beautiful, smooth texture.
- In the blender, add whipping cream with sugar and whip it until the whip converts into a creamy form.
- Now, mix the mango and whipping cream mixture together and mix well.
- Take a small glass or bowl (anything you want to serve) and let it be fixed for two to four hours.
- You can garnish this with fresh pieces of mango.

Vegetarian Mango Mousse – Option 2
- Take Fresh cream and beat it with an electric or hand blender until it becomes soft and fluffy. Don’t overbeat the cream.

Important Tips for Recipe
- I have not used sugar as sweet as Fresh Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango or Devgad Alphonso Mango.
- You can use honey as a replacement for sugar.
- You can use our ready Alphonso Mango Pulp if the Mango season is over.
- If you want a slightly tangy taste, you can add one of the following.
- Those who are alcohol lovers can add Vodka in nearly one to two teaspoons.
- As an option, I have used one teaspoon of lemon juice, and it has a tangy-sweet taste.
5. You can shave Mango Leather and use it as a topping, or you can use chocolate shavings of your choice.
6. It can stay for a couple of days in the fridge.
7. Blend fresh cream for 1 minute to half a minute only
8. To make this completely vegan, avoid gelatin and fresh cream. Use coconut cream or almond cream as a replacement for cream
9. The mousse will not be as firm as when you add agar or gelatin with fresh cream
