Searching for mango online near me? Your PIN code is the answer: AlphonsoMango.in delivers Ratnagiri and Devgad Alphonso from Rs 1,849 per dozen by Blue Dart, and about 65% of Indian PIN codes get next-day delivery. The 2027 season opens on 1 February 2027.
What "mango near me" really means for Alphonso
When you search for mango near me, your phone looks for a shop within a few kilometres. For Alphonso that is the wrong question, because the fruit grows in one place, the Ratnagiri and Devgad belt on the Konkan coast, and travels to you. The useful question is: which seller can put a graded, naturally ripened dozen at my door, and how do I check it before paying?
We are Powle Home Foods in Mumbai, and we run AlphonsoMango.in. We have sold mangoes since 2019 and online since 2020, to 47,000+ customers, including offline and marketplace sales. We source across 55 villages of the Ratnagiri and Devgad belt, and the only thing you need to tell us is your PIN code.

- Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango, from Rs 1,849 per dozen.
- Devgad Alphonso Mango, from Rs 1,849 per dozen.
- Kesar mango from Gujarat: half-dozen Rs 999, dozen Rs 1,699.
- Alphonso mango pulp tin (850 g and 3.1 kg, from Rs 590), available all year.
Prices rise with fruit size, so check the product page for the current price.
Is there a store near me? Only one, in Mumbai
We do not run retail stores. The one place you can collect in person is our Mumbai office at No. 07, Bhave House, Kale Marg, Bail Bajar, Kurla West, Mumbai 400070. Please call 8369048029 first, because fresh stock is seasonal and the office is a working packhouse, not a showroom. There is no collection point in Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad or any other city, and nobody is authorised to sell under our name from a stall.
For everyone outside Kurla, "near me" is the courier. We dispatch by Blue Dart, and about 65% of Indian PIN codes get next-day delivery. Check your PIN code at checkout. Orders received before 1 PM are dispatched the same day. We do not promise a delivery day for any named city; the checkout message for your PIN code is the only timing we stand behind. If the box arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery to support@alphonsomango.in or 8369048029.
How to judge a local mango seller
A fruit stall, a housing-society WhatsApp group and a website are all "near me" in some sense. The same five questions sort them out. Ask them of us too; every answer is on our product pages.
| Ask | A clear answer | A vague answer |
|---|---|---|
| Where is it from? | Ratnagiri district or Devgad taluka, named | "Konkan" or "Maharashtra" only |
| How big is the fruit? | A grade in grams, such as 180 to 225 g | "Big" or "export size" |
| How was it ripened? | A direct answer; carbide is prohibited in India | No answer, or "naturally" with no method |
| Which papers? | FSSAI licence number; GI details for Alphonso | None shown |
| What if it arrives damaged? | A contact and a time limit to report it | Silence |
Alphonso from the Ratnagiri and Devgad belt is GI-tagged in India under GI No. 139, and we hold GI Authorised User certificate AU/5974/GI/139/260 (GI No. 139). Details are on our Brand Facts page. No single test proves authenticity, and the bucket-of-water test is a rough clue, not proof; our guide to identifying authentic Hapus goes through the checks.
Ripening: what a box near you should look like
We do not use carbide. Our Alphonso mangoes are ripened naturally on hay beds. Calcium carbide is prohibited for ripening fruit in India under Regulation 2.3.5 of the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Regulations, 2011, and we are an FSSAI-licensed seller. Our fruit is hand-harvested at Brahma Muhurta, before dawn, with a zela pole fitted with a catching net.

Harvest to ripening of Alphonso takes about 15 days, so a delivered box normally has some firm fruit. That is the sign of fruit packed to travel, not a fault. Lay the mangoes in a single layer at room temperature, away from sun, and check daily; a sweet smell at the stalk and a slight give at the shoulder mean ripe. Do not chill firm fruit. Our ripening guide and storage guide explain the rest.
Mango near me, when "me" is outside India
Many searches for Indian mangoes near me come from the USA, the UK and the Gulf. We ship directly to the UAE. For other countries, including the UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, shipments have been arranged through the customer's own contact abroad; that is not a standard service, and we do not deliver to the USA, UK or Canada as a service. Fresh mango imports depend on the destination country's phytosanitary rules, including USDA irradiation requirements for the USA, so check current rules with your importer or customs agent and write to us first. If you are abroad and want to send a box to family in India, that is simple: order on the website with their Indian address and PIN code, and see our NRI gifting page.
Season: when "near me" has fresh Alphonso
Alphonso is harvested about February to June, with the best supply from March to May. The 2027 season opens on 1 February 2027. Fresh Alphonso is not sold outside the season, by us or by any honest seller, so a stall offering Hapus in October is offering something else. From July to January, the Alphonso pulp tin is the Alphonso near you, and it suits aamras, milkshakes and kulfi. Our season guide lists the months, and our gifting page covers sending a box to someone else's address.
People also ask
Where can I buy Alphonso mango near me?
Alphonso grows only on the Konkan coast and travels to you, so the practical answer is a seller who delivers to your PIN code. We send Ratnagiri and Devgad Alphonso by Blue Dart to any Indian address from Rs 1,849 per dozen, with the origin and size grade stated before you pay.
Does AlphonsoMango.in have a physical store?
No retail stores. You can collect in person only at our Mumbai office in Kurla West, and only after calling 8369048029 to confirm stock, because fresh fruit is seasonal. There is no counter in any other city. Everywhere else, order online and the box comes by Blue Dart.
Can I buy Indian mangoes in the USA from you?
Not as a service. We ship directly to the UAE; for other countries, shipments have been arranged through the customer’s own contact abroad. Fresh mango imports into the USA depend on USDA rules, including irradiation, so check current rules with your importer or customs agent before planning anything.
Which is India’s number one mango?
There is no official ranking. Alphonso, called Hapus in Maharashtra, is the variety most often called the king of mangoes for its aroma and non-fibrous pulp, and Alphonso from Ratnagiri and Devgad carries GI No. 139. Kesar, Dasheri, Langra and Banganapalli each have loyal regions of their own.
How do I know a mango seller near me is genuine?
Ask five things: the district or taluka of origin, the fruit weight in grams, how the fruit was ripened, the FSSAI licence and GI details, and what to do if the box arrives damaged. A seller who answers all five plainly is worth your money. No single home test proves authenticity.
