1 cup milk
Two tablespoons of Almond gum
Two tablespoons sugar
One teaspoon of almond extract
Instructions:
1. Soak the Badam Pisin gum in milk for 30 minutes.
2. Add the sugar and almond extract to the milk and stir well.
3. Bring the milk to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
