AlphonsoMango.in is the online store of Powle Home Foods, a Mumbai-based family business founded in 2019 that ships GI-tagged Ratnagiri and Devgad Alphonso mangoes, Gir Kesar, Konkan cashews, Kashmiri saffron, dates, dry fruits and seeds across India. We are FSSAI licensed (10020022011783), APEDA registered (225579) and an authorised user of the Alphonso Geographical Indication (GI No. 139). My mangoes arrived damaged or over-ripe. What should I do?
Send photos of the box and the fruit with your order number on WhatsApp on the day of delivery. We assess every claim under our Return & Refund Policy and replace or refund the affected fruit as that policy sets out.
Can I change my delivery address or date after ordering?
Before dispatch, yes: WhatsApp or call with the order number and the new details. Fresh mango deliveries can be postponed by at most 2 days, because the fruit is harvested and packed against your order; for a later week, cancel before dispatch and re-order. After dispatch, an address change is possible only within the same city and only if the courier accepts it; a change of city is not possible.
Do you deliver outside India?
Retail orders are delivered within India only, though you can order and pay from any country, which many NRI families do to send mangoes home. For commercial export we are an APEDA registered exporter; use the mango export page.
Can I place a bulk or corporate gifting order?
Yes. Fill in the corporate gifting form with quantity, cities and dates, or WhatsApp us, and we will quote pack sizes, branding options and delivery slots.
Can I visit your office in Mumbai to buy mangoes?
Our Kurla West office is a packing and dispatch point rather than a retail shop, and fruit is boxed to order, so please call or WhatsApp first and we will confirm what is available and when to come.
