How mango delivery works
People search for mango delivery in many ways: mango home delivery, online mango delivery, mango delivery near me. They usually want to know the same things: who brings it, how long it takes, and what condition the fruit is in. This page answers those for AlphonsoMango.in, which is run by Powle Home Foods, Mumbai.
- Choose the mango. Open the page for the Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango, the Devgad Alphonso Mango or the Kesar Mango and pick the size.
- Enter the address and PIN code. Give an address where someone can receive the box.
- We dispatch by Blue Dart. About 65% of Indian PIN codes get next-day delivery, and the rest take longer.
We do not name a delivery day for a city, because the PIN code decides it. A flat in one part of a city and a house in another can fall on different sides of the line, and an honest answer is the one the checkout page gives you for your own address.
The PIN code check
Check your PIN code at checkout before you pay. If your PIN code is in the next-day group, the page says so. If it is not, you can still see what is possible. Do not rely on a general promise such as metro delivery, because the courier's PIN list is what counts. Before you order, run through this short checklist:
- Is the address one where the box can be received on a working day?
- Does the phone number on the order reach the person who will be there?
- Have you checked the PIN code at checkout, and are you happy with what it shows?
- Do you have room to spread a dozen mangoes in a single layer at home?
- Is the fruit for eating soon, for a gift, or for cooking? Plan the order date around that.
What to do when the box arrives
- Be there, or leave instructions. A ripe mango should not wait in a locked house or a closed office. Give a phone number that the courier can reach.
- Open the box the same day. Check the fruit and take the mangoes out.
- Lay them in a single layer at room temperature, away from direct sun and heat.
- Check daily. Press gently near the shoulder and smell near the stalk. Ripe fruit smells sweet and gives slightly.
- Report damage within 24 hours of delivery by writing to support@alphonsomango.in.

What you pay
Alphonso starts from Rs 1,849 per dozen and the largest Ratnagiri option goes up to Rs 5,399. Kesar starts from Rs 999 per box. Check the product page for the price of the size you want, and check the total at checkout before you pay. There is no GST on fresh mangoes, and the invoice shows this.
We do not quote per-kilo prices for mango delivery, because grade changes the weight in a box. Compare boxes by piece count and grade, not by a per-kilo figure alone.
When fresh mango delivery is possible
Alphonso is harvested from about February to June, with the best supply from March to May. The 2027 season opens on 1 February 2027. Fresh mango listings show as unavailable outside the season, and we do not deliver fresh Alphonso then. If a seller promises fresh Konkan Alphonso in the wrong months, ask where it was grown and how it was stored.
What we deliver in every month is the Alphonso Mango Pulp Tin, in 850 g and 3.1 kg tins, from Rs 590. It is packed in a sealed tin, which is how APEDA describes mango pulp: sterilised and packed in aseptic bags or hermetically sealed cans. It suits aamras, lassi, kulfi and sheera. Mango delivery by city

Mango delivery outside India
International delivery is limited. We ship directly to the UAE. For other countries, such as the UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, shipments have been arranged through the customer's contact abroad and are not a standard service. Rules differ by country and change over time, so write to us first and check current rules with your importer or customs agent. For example, the US banned Indian mangoes in 1989 and lifted the ban in April 2007, and they may enter under conditions that include irradiation before shipment.
Delivering to more than one address
You can send a box to a different address from your own by entering the recipient's details at checkout. For many addresses, write to us with your quantity, cities and dates through our gift form, and read the gifting page. We also supply restaurants and hotels.
How we ripen and what to ask any seller
We do not use carbide. Our Alphonso mangoes are ripened naturally on hay beds. Selling fruit ripened with calcium carbide gas is prohibited in India under Regulation 2.3.5 of the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Regulations, 2011. Whoever delivers your mango, ask how it was ripened. No home test, including the water or bucket test, proves it.
