Chia seeds 50 grams
Coconut flour 50 grams
almond flour 200 gms
flaxseed powder 100 gms
water 1 cup
Cheese 1 slice or 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine coconut flour, almond flour, flaxseed flour, chia seeds, ghee, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add cheese and knead to form a dough.
3. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
Roll each portion into a thin chapati on a lightly floured surface or rolling board.
4. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) over medium heat.
