Khasta roti recipe using almond flour Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
One tablespoon of olive oil or cow ghee
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Sunflower seed powder
Instructions:
1. preheat the microwave oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

2. In a small to medium bowl, combine almond flour (badam flour), sunflower seed powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add water, constantly stirring until the dough forms a ball. Stir in olive oil or ghee until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/8 inch thickness and place ice on the prepared baking sheet.
If you can make it round or the desired shape, that's good. You can also cut it with a cookie cutter.
