  1. Soak saffron strands in half a cup of milk. For each glass of milk, you must add 3 to 4 strands. 
  2. Soak it for 30 to 45 minutes. It is much better if you soak it overnight. The saffron spice's complete aroma and taste will be in the milk. 
  3. Soak the badam and Cashew nuts in hot to lukewarm water, or you can keep it boiling for 1 minute.
  4.  Let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes, and peel the Almond skin by removing the soaked water.
  5. Blend the mixture in smooth cashew almond paste.
  6. Boil milk and later add Cashew almond paste to the boiling milk
  7. Add sugar and adjust to your taste. You can even try honey for the same.
  8. Add saffron soaked in milk; sprinkle some extra Kesar strands with it if necessary.
  9. Add cardamom powder to this kesar milk. 
  10. You can also sprinkle a little Nutmeg powder (Jayphal Powder).
  11. You may add some drops of rose water to this if required.
  12. If you are vegan or lactose allergic, you can replace milk with almond milk or cashew nut milk.
  13. You can even try it with coconut milk; it tastes fantastic.
  14. You may add a little Soonth (Ginger powder) or badishep powder( fennel powder) as your choice.
