Mango India online means ordering Indian mangoes from a seller who ships across the country. At AlphonsoMango.in you can order Ratnagiri and Devgad Alphonso from Rs 1,849 per dozen, plus Kesar and Pairi, by Blue Dart. Fresh mango is sold in season only.

Mango in India: why people order online
India grows more mangoes than any other country. By FAO figures, which also count mangosteens and guavas, India produces roughly 43% of the world total, about 26 million tonnes in 2023. The mango is also the national fruit of India. It has a long history here: Emperor Akbar is recorded as planting an orchard of 100,000 mango trees near Darbhanga in Bihar, and the 13th-century poet Amir Khusrau called the mango the fairest fruit of Hindustan.
Yet the mango you find in a local market is often not the one you grew up with, or the one a relative sends from their home state. That gap is why "mango India online" is a search people make. They want a named variety from a named region, delivered to their door, and not a mixed crate of whatever the market has that week. This page explains what we offer, how an order works and what to ask any seller you are comparing us with.
What you can order online from us

We also list Dasheri and Totapuri on the site when they are in season, on their own pages: Dasheri mango and Totapuri mango. Dasheri is a North Indian variety associated with the Malihabad area near Lucknow, and Totapuri is widely grown in South India. If you are not sure which to pick, start with the variety you know. Alphonso for the classic sweet, fine-textured flesh, or Kesar for a Gujarat mango with a different character.
Alphonso, the Konkan mango

A frequent question is whether Alphonso is really an Indian mango. It is. The name comes from Afonso de Albuquerque, and grafting of mangoes was introduced in Portuguese Goa by Jesuit missionaries, but the fruit we sell is grown on the Konkan coast of Maharashtra. In Maharashtra it is called Hapus, and it is sold as Alphonso across the rest of India. Wikipedia describes Alphonso pulp as rich, creamy and non-fibrous, which is the quality that makes it popular for eating fresh and for aamras.
Ratnagiri is a district and Devgad is a taluka in Sindhudurg district, both on the Konkan coast. We source across 48 villages in the belt. Alphonso from Ratnagiri and Devgad is GI-tagged in India (GI No. 139), and we hold GI Authorised User certificate AU/5974/GI/139/260 (GI No. 139). Our Brand Facts page lists it along with our FSSAI details. The fruit is hand-harvested with a zela pole fitted with a catching net, so it is not shaken off the tree, and harvest happens in the pre-dawn hours.
We do not use carbide. Our Alphonso mangoes are ripened naturally on hay beds. For a longer explanation of what to look for, read our guide to identifying authentic Hapus mango.

Season and off-season options
Alphonso is harvested from about February to June, with the best supply from March to May. The 2027 season opens on 1 February 2027. Outside the season we do not sell fresh Alphonso. This is a seasonal fruit, so we sell it when it is in season. What is available all year is the pulp tin, made from Alphonso. The tin comes in 850 g and 3.1 kg sizes, from Rs 590, and it works for lassi, shakes, kulfi and halwa. Our season page explains the calendar.
Sending or ordering from abroad
We deliver in India. We ship directly to the UAE. For other countries such as the UK, Singapore, Malaysia or Saudi Arabia, shipments have been arranged through the customer's contact abroad, and that is not a standard service. If you want to send mangoes abroad, write to us first so we can tell you what is possible. Import rules differ by country and change, so check the current rules with your importer or customs agent. For example, the United States banned Indian mangoes in 1989 and lifted the ban in April 2007, and Indian mangoes may enter under conditions that include irradiation before shipment.

- What is the courier and how do you report damage?
Whoever you buy from, ask these questions. For our answers, see the Brand Facts page. I am happy to answer questions at support@alphonsomango.in.
