How to remove cashew skin at home

  1. Generally, you can remove the skin by pressing the kernel with two fingers and rubbing it. The skin will start to leave the surface. 
  2. Heat a pan of water on gas for boiling.
  3. Once the water has boiled, put the skin in a bowl filled with boiling water.
  4. This process is used for Kajuchi Bhaji.

When nuts are cooled down and easy to handle, rub them between two cloths, if possible, with a Turkish towel to remove the skins.
