How to remove cashew skin at home

  1. Generally, you can remove the Cashew's skin by pressing the cashew kernel with two fingers and rubbing it will start to leave the surface. 
  2. Heat a pan of water on gas for boiling.
  3. Once the water is boiled, put the cashew nuts with skin in a bowl filled with boiling water.
  4.  This process is used for Kajuchi Bhaji.

When nuts are cooled down and easy to handle, rub them between two cloths, if possible, with a Turkish towel to remove the skins.
