The honest answer on bulk price
You came for a number. Here is the closest honest one: there is no published bulk number. Not for 10 dozen, not for 100. The price list on the product pages is a retail price list, and it is the only one that is written down. Anything beyond it is a conversation, and the conversation ends in a quote.
That may sound unhelpful. It is actually the safer position for you. A mango price quoted loosely on a blog or a forum is the kind of price that changes the day you try to use it. A quote on paper, with grade, quantity, dispatch dates and tax treatment, is a price you can plan with.
The listed per-dozen price, by grade
Here are the published prices for Ratnagiri and Devgad Alphonso, so your budget starts on solid ground.

The last column matters. Already, in the published list, the effective price per dozen falls when you buy two dozens in one box. From ₹2,099 to ₹2,000 for medium; from ₹2,999 to ₹2,700 for jumbo (Ratnagiri). That is listed pricing, not a promotion. It tells you that quantity moves price in the right direction, but how far for a 20-dozen order is for the quote to say. Per-kg, these are roughly ₹800 to ₹1,030 a kilo, from declared weights (approximate).
How to budget a bulk order
Do the maths at the listed rate, then ask for better. A worked example, illustrative only:
- You need 20 dozens of medium: 20 × ₹2,099 = ₹41,980 at one-dozen prices.
- Pack them as ten 2-dozen boxes at the listed ₹3,999: 10 × ₹3,999 = ₹39,990. That is ₹1,990 less, just from the existing 2-dozen price.
- A quote might improve on that, stay the same, or add terms. Do not count on it. Ask.
Then add what you must handle on your side: the tax invoice (availability is not published; ask), how many addresses the boxes go to and who receives them. - Grade and number of dozens for each grade.
- Delivery cities and PIN codes; number of addresses.
- The date window you need the fruit to land.
- Whether it is for resale, gifting or consumption.
- Your business name, GSTIN if you need a tax invoice, and your contact person.
- Payment method you prefer.

Comparing bulk quotes from different sellers
Make a one-page table, one column per seller. Fill in the same rows for each.
- Price per dozen and the grade weight range per fruit.
- Approximate price per kg (price ÷ dozen weight).
- Delivery charge, packing charge, any handling charge. Ours on retail orders: none.
- Payment terms and tax invoice.
- Origin and GI status; ripening method.
- Claim period and remedy for damaged fruit.
Do not compare a per-dozen quote from one seller with a per-kg quote from another. Convert both. Do not compare a delivered price to an ex-warehouse price. Convert both to delivered. Most apparent bargains vanish at this step.
Delivery and ripening on a bulk order
Fresh mangoes ship by BlueDart to serviceable PIN codes, semi-ripe, harvested to order and packed against the order. Dispatch runs Monday to Saturday, and orders before 1:00 PM IST ship the same day. The season is usually February to June, and the 2027 season is listed to start on 1 February 2027. For big volumes, stagger the dispatch so the fruit does not all ripen in the same week. After delivery, ripening is a few days at room temperature in a ventilated spot; the ripening guide shows the five stages. On any retail order, damage claims go in within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video and the order number. Bulk claim terms are confirmed in the quote. Carbide: the bulk-buyer's must-ask
The bigger the lot, the bigger the carbide risk, because bulk fruit is ripened in bulk. We do not use carbide. Our Alphonso mangoes are ripened naturally (on hay beds, as our FAQ states). Calcium carbide is prohibited for ripening in India under Regulation 2.3.5 of the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Regulations, 2011; it releases acetylene and can carry arsenic and phosphorus impurities, and the street name is "masala". Controlled ethylene up to 100 ppm is permitted; check fssai.gov.in. In a carton, white or grey powder (calcium hydroxide residue) or hard sour fruit under yellow skin are warning signs. The bucket float test is a rough clue only; a lab test is the proof. Ask every supplier, in writing.
