A CXO has seen every hamper, watch and whisky set a vendor can send. A luxury mango gift box works for the opposite reason: it is seasonal, it is a fruit most people in India grew up loving, and it cannot be bought in the same quality all year. The risk is getting it wrong, with fruit that is too small, too ripe, too much or delivered to an empty reception desk.

The principle: grade over quantity
With senior recipients, one carefully chosen box beats many boxes. Three reasons:
- A larger grade gives bigger, more even fruit, and that is what people notice when the box is opened.
- A CXO rarely eats a large quantity of fruit, and an oversized gift can feel like a transaction.
- Fresh Alphonso is best eaten within a few days of arriving, so more boxes mean more waste.
A dozen of ours weighs roughly 1.8 to 3.3 kg depending on grade. The bigger the fruit, the nearer the dozen sits to the top of that range, and the higher the price.
Choosing the grade
Our Alphonso is sold in several grades by the size of the fruit, on Ratnagiri Alphonso, Devgad Alphonso and the order-online page. These are the price points we can state, all "from" prices that can change:

If you want a jumbo Alphonso gift box, start with the largest grades. Check the product page for the current price and the grades listed. Our fruit is sourced across 48 villages of the Ratnagiri and Devgad belt on the Konkan coast, and we hold the GI Authorised User certificate AU/5974/GI/139/260 (GI No. 139), listed on the Brand Facts page. We do not use carbide. Our Alphonso mangoes are ripened naturally on hay beds.

This is a starting point and not a rule. If you give the same quantity to everyone, it looks like a policy; if you vary it, make sure the logic is easy to defend.
Presentation: what we can and cannot say
In luxury gifting, presentation usually means packaging and branding. We want to be plain about it: we do not describe a branding, personalisation or custom-box service, so please do not assume one when you plan your gift. What we can say is where a mango gift gets its premium feel:
- Fruit selection. A larger grade of even fruit looks generous when the box is opened.
- Ripeness on arrival. A box that arrives firm and ripens over a few days feels better than one that arrives soft.
- The right moment. A gift that arrives while the recipient is in the office, or just before a festival, feels timed and not routine.
- A personal note. A short message from you matters more than a logo.
Gift messages are possible on gift orders. Write the wording on the gift form and we will tell you what we can do. If a supplier offers a printed box or a sleeve, ask to see it before you rely on it.
Gift policy and the right recipient
Many companies have a gift policy that limits what employees can accept, and some sectors restrict gifts altogether. Before you send a box to a CXO, a procurement head or a public official, check the recipient's organisation rules. Ask the recipient's assistant what works, and send to a home address only if the person gave it to you.
Building the recipient list
For an executive list, collect the following in one sheet before you order:
- Full name and designation, spelled as the recipient spells it.
- Delivery address with PIN code, office or home, and a contact person who can receive the box.
- A phone number for the courier.
- Your tier for that person: smaller grade, larger grade or special.
- Any message wording.

Timing and delivery
Our 2027 season opens on 1 February 2027. Fresh Alphonso is harvested about February to June, with the best supply from March to May. We dispatch by Blue Dart, and about 65% of Indian PIN codes get next-day delivery; check the PIN code for each recipient at checkout. We do not promise delivery dates, so order ahead and stagger the list so that senior recipients get their box on a working day. Damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery through our contact page.
Invoice and GST
There is no GST on fresh mangoes. GST applies on shipping for corporate gifting orders, and the invoice shows it. For any other invoicing question, such as billing details or a single invoice for several addresses, write to us before you order.
